Hello Inlaid die Cutting

Today I finished up my Easy Die Cutting Class over at Altenew and loved all the different techniques. I love die cutting but I seem to always forget to drag out my dies and use them.  I used to feel like it was to much work to cut them up.

I didn't mean to make two of almost the same card but the first one (the one standing up) somehow ended up with some black marks from my die cutting pad that I just had to make a "clean" card. I figured I might as well change the second one up just a bit.

I used the same two sets for both but just changed out the images.  I used Bells and Bows stamps/dies and halftone hello stamps/dies.  The inks I used are crimson, velvet, warm sunshine and jet black. I did add some sequins to the second card.

Here is a closer look at the inlaid hello on both cards.

Hope you enjoyed these cards today. Thanks for stopping by!!
