FROM OUR HOME TO YOURS

Hi everyone! I'm back today with Challenge #257 with

Today's Theme is: HOLIDAYS

Our sponsors for today's challenge are:

Prize: 2 digi images of winners choice

Prize: $10 in images (no patterned paper)

For my card today I chose The Three B from Scribbles Designs. I love penguins so when I saw this as one of the choices it was a no brainer!

I started my card by coloring my image in using a variety of copic markers. For the penguins I used different warm greys. I had so much fun choosing how to color these guy!

I cut the snowy hills using MFT stitched slimline snowdrift dies. I then used a light shade of blue alcohol marker to give a little dimension.

Once I added the musical notes I knew I wanted something else coming down. I stamped three different sizes of snowflakes in two colors and then started adding them. This just finished the card for me!

FUN GNOME HOLIDAY CARDS

Hi everyone! I have some fun Christmas Gnome cards to share today.

To create the bright colored backgrounds I took my Catherine Pooler ink pads and ran them across all four sides, just far enough to not leave any of the white panel showing

I had so much fun using this cute Gnome stamp set from Close To My Heart. I was at a crop over the weekend and one of our challenges was to create something in red and green.

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY TODAY!

WHAT MILK?

Hi everyone! Back again with another fun challenge over at

This weeks challenge is: Christmas Animals

For my card I used this cute image from the Tim Holtz Stamptember 2020 stamp set. This is the first time I brought this out and love, love, love how this card turned out.

I started out by by using distress oxide in four different colors and blending them together to create the colorful background.

Once I blended I used my distress water bottle and added drops to the background and dried them up with my tim holtz heat gun. I did this step several times to get the look I wanted.

Once the background dried I used the multi snowflake background stamp in archival black so that it wouldn't wipe off and added red glitter stickles in the center of all the flakes that are visible.

I used the Tim Holtz snow globe die with the base and cloud to great my snow globe. Using a light blue distress oxide I created the light color inside the globe and used a tad darker blue on the clouds.
