Sending Prayers AHSC #306

Welcome to another sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.  I took a clean and simple approach to this weeks sketch.

Here is what I came up with.  I don't have many sympathy cards and this set from Fun Stamper's Journey is such a sweet set.

Fab Friday sketch challenge

I've really been wanting to create some new cards and this sketch over at Fab Friday really inspired me today.  I have a friend that's been going through a rough time and after seeing this sketch a card idea for her just popped into my head.  I can't wait to see what she thinks when she gets it as a surprise in the mail this coming week!!

Here is the sketch

And here is the card I created for her...

And here is another card I created for a friend who just lost her grandmother...

Unity {Be Inspired} Challenge May 14-June 10

I have today off from work and what a better way to spend my time than stamping?!!  Okay, Okay I've been cleaning and doing laundry to lol. But I just had to create something! It's been almost 3 full weeks since I got to sit down and stamp.  And with a possibility of a cast on Friday I'd better get all the crafting in that I can!!

I love these monthly {Be Inspired} challenges from Unity! It  always has me pulling out my Unity stamps and getting crafty with them. I absolutely love this company.

This is the card sketch that is offered up to create with.  I changed mine up just a bit so I could use the May 2015 kit of the month.

Supplies:
SS:  May 2015 kit of the month (unity)
INK: blackberry bliss, lost lagoon
CS: blackberry bliss, hello honey, sahara sand, whisper white, moonlight dsp
ACCESS: blackberry bliss ribbon

Letting Go

I haven't played along with Mojo Monday in quite some time.  I wasn't even to sure I was going to craft at all today. I have been looking forward to my day off all week and really wanted to play with my stamping stuff.  But, I got some really bad/sad news this morning and it put the crafting on hold.

After having to talk with my children and crying a bit I decided to take a look through my stamps.  If any stood out to me then I would make a card with this sketch.  This stamp from Unity Co was just what I needed.   It says what I feel and is perfect.
