Joy

Okay, I couldn't resist! I had to do it!!  I've been seeing so many advertisements for Christmas in July and when I saw these stamps from Stamps By Judith and Heather I knew I'd be using them asap!!

I love anything to do with the time between October 1st and December 31st! If I could craft fall and holiday all year I SO would.  I loved using it for this sketch from the Sketch~N~Scrap Sizzlin' Summer Crop.

Here is my card. This came together so quickly that I think I may have found my Christmas card this year.  Even the cutting out didn't take that long!

Wild

I found these cute pictures of my oldest and thought instantly of using the new paper stack I found.  He's now 20, but I remember this day so clearly.  He wasn't to fond of trying many of the activities that were planned that day but for some reason the rock wall really caught his eye.

Here is the sketch I used from Sketch~N~Scrap Sizzlin' Summer Crop!

And here is my finished layout.  I actually have enough pictures that I'm most likely going to create a second page for this.

Happy Birthday!

Hello! Back again with another great card sketch challenge from Sketch~N~Scrap. Lately I've been making a lot of birthday cards.  Not sure why, just seem to pop right out of me.

Here is the sketch

And here is my card

Loving how bright this card is! I used the birthday hat and versamark to create the background and a birthday themed embossing folder to add a little pop.

Celebrate!

Hello everyone!  Here with another wonderful card sketch from Sketch~N~Scrap!  I recently got some new items for organizing my scrap room and it has made me use items I haven't used in forever! I used paper punches that I've had lovingly tucked away in a dresser and a stamp set that was in a nice cubed storage bin.  You can check out what I did here!!

Anyway, enough about my storage issues lol and on to the wonderful June 5th sketch

I really enjoyed this one.  It came together super quick and turned out really cute.  I even pulled out some old stickles that I had and used them! Say what?! My husband is so happy I'm actually using the items I've been purchasing lol.

Organization Heaven!

My husband and I recently took a trip to our local Ikea (by local I mean and hour away lol) to get some shelving I had seen in a video.  I wanted to get all my stamps out of bins and put up where I could see them and therefore be able to actually use them.

We walked around the entire store only to realize they no longer sell the piece I saw (sad face).  I did find a wall plate rack that I made into a ribbon holder as well as a nice tall shelf for my stamps (yay)!!

I also was able to get two slim line ink pad holders, two punch holders and a marker holder from Stampnstorage.  Loving these!!

Here is where I sit and find all my inspiration as well as uploading projects to my blog

The awesome wall plate holder from Ikea

The shelving unit I found at Ikea as well

Roll top desk hubby found me. I finally got it organized to hold my big shot and dies.  The unit next to it holds all my paper scraps.  Awesome!!!

Summer

Hello and welcome to another installment of Sketch~N~Scrap layout challenge.  This layout worked great with these cute pictures of my youngest blowing bubbles on the 4th a few years ago. He had such a blast and wanted everyone to join in!
